All About Mrs. Winsper

As an educator with over 20 years of classroom, specialist and administrative experience, I believe technology can have a positive impact on all aspects of our lives.
Before moving to Norton to become Director of Instructional Technology, I was a technology coach in the Plymouth Public Schools working with students and teachers to infuse technology into core curriculum. I was co-creator of a school news show at Federal Furnace Elementary entitled FFTV and produced NMTV with my students in Plymouth. Prior to that, I taught within the Dartmouth Public Schools for twelve years. I had the pleasure of teaching students in grades 2, 4, 5, 6, and middle school technology grades 6, 7 and 8. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Bridgewater State University in 1992 and my Master's Degree in Curriculum and Instructional Technology from Framingham State University in 2005. In December of 2015, I earned my Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Educational Leadership from the University of New England. I hold professional teaching licenses in elementary education 1-6, middle school education 5-9 and instructional technology K-12 as well as an initial license as a supervisor/director.
"Computers are magnificent tools for the realization of our dreams, but no machine can replace the human spark of spirit, compassion, love, and understanding."
- Louis Gerstner, CEO, IBM
